The Tibetan Medicine: Disease Prevention series is a popular brochure on common diseases and their prevention from the perspective of Sowa Rigpa. The series was first published in 2016 at the insistence of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in Tibetan, then translated into English and now into Russian.
