The book is a MATTM textbook for studying chapters 1-7 of the second part of the root text of Tibetan medicine Four Tantras.
The first part of the textbook contains the original text of the treatise bDdud rtsi snying po yan lag brgyad pa gsang ba man ngag gi rgyud ces bya ba bzhugs so («Four Tantras»), recorded by the great physician, founder of Tibetan medicine, Yutog Yonten Gonpo in Tibetan, translated by Anastasia Viktorovna Teplyakova.
The second part contains drawings from the modern atlas of Tibetan medicine.
The third part of the book is a translation from English of the brochure of Dr. Nida Chenagtsang "The Way to the Rainbow Body".
The fourth part contains an article by Elena Shirshova "On death".
