The MATTM textbook is dedicated to the place "Behavior". Includes three chapters by Four Tantras, translated by Anastasia Teplyakova and is being published for the first time. The second part of the textbook contains an English translation of a fragment of the SKY (Sorig Khang International) book Nutrition, Behavior and Treatment, authored by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang and Dr. Tam Nguyen, is also being translated and published for the first time. And the third part contains the theses of the psychiatrist Andreas Reimers, who taught us the course “Psychiatry, psychotherapy and Tibetan medicine” last year.
 
This is a unique textbook and will be necessary not only for MATTM students, but will be of interest to everyone who studies Sowa Rigpa.
