The book is a MATTM textbook for studying chapters 16-18 of the second tantra of the root text of Tibetan medicine Four Tantras.
The first part of the textbook contains the original text of the treatise bDdud rtsi snying po yan lag brgyad pa gsang ba man ngag gi rgyud ces bya ba bzhugs so («Four Tantras»), recorded by the great physician, founder of Tibetan medicine, Yutog Yonten Gonpo in Tibetan, translated by Anastasia Viktorovna Teplyakova.
The second part is part of the MATTM textbook Lifestyle, Nutrition and Basics of Treatment, by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. The third part of the book contains information from the MATTM textbook compiled by Dr. Alexander Arbuzov.
